Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel on instructions states that, university will issue the marks memo of third year B. E. examination given by the petitioner in May 2014. The learned counsel on instructions further submits that, the petitioner may fill in examination form of IVth year I and II semester examination scheduled to be conducted in April/May 2015, if she is otherwise eligible.
