Mr. Syed the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is claiming a limited relief to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner for releasing the remaining amount of pensionery benefit.

We have heard Mr. Patil holding for Mr. Bondar learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3. In view of that the respondent no. 2 shall take decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.12.2018 (page No.25) on its own merits preferably within three months. Writ petition is disposed of no costs.
