By this application, the applicants pray for condonation of delay in filing civil application filed for setting aside the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the writ petition and for quashing and setting aside the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), dismissing the writ petition as the petitioner has not complied with the office objections within time prescribed.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that office objections could not be removed for the reasons recorded in the application and undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is set aside on condition that the applicants remove the office objections within two weeks from today. Delay of 31 days is condoned. Writ petition is restored to it's original position. The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', subject to compliance of aforesaid condition. If the office objections are not removed within aforesaid stipulated period, it would be deemed that the application stand rejected automatically. No order as to costs. [ ANIL L. PANSARE, J. ] [ R.
