PER COURT :

Since this Court has passed an order in Civil Application No. 4014 of 2024 on 12.09.2024. In view of the same following order :

ORDER

(i) The Civil Applications stand partly allowed and disposed off.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing

usual undertaking.

(iii) Further 25% of the deposited amount is allowed to be withdrawn with accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iv) Remaining amount of the deposited amount be fixed in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time pending the appeal.
