The learned Counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. The learned Counsel submits that the applicant no.1 is 74 years of age and applicant no.2 is having a small child and they are in jail since long and as such, necessary directions may be given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case in a time bound manner.
