The advocate for the petitioner submits that his appeal addressed to respondent No.2 is pending from 25-09-2017. He is merely seeking a tribe certificate of belonging to 'Tokre Koli' scheduled tribe.

The learned AGP on telephonic instructions submits that respondent No.2Committee, Nandurbar will be holding hearings on 04-07-2022 at Dhule. The petitioner can appear on

(2) the said date before the said committee and after hearing him, an order could be passed on the merits of his appeal within two weeks.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2- Committee, Nandurbar at Dhule on 04-07-2022 at 11.00 am. We expect the committee to give a reasonable hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, pass an order on the merits of the contentions set out in the appeal.

If the committee holds in favour of the petitioner, a tribe certificate will be issued by the competent authority, expeditiously. Needless to state a decision of the committee shall be
