Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned assistant government pleader for respondents no. 1, 2 and 4 and learned advocate Mr P. P. Dama, for respondent no. 3. 2.

Petitioners purport to challenge public notice issued on 11-03-2014 by respondent no. 2 - director of education (primary) Maharashtra State, Pune to the extent of petitioner.

Perusal of notice would evince that the same had been issued in compliance with directions issued by division bench of this court on 14-02-2014.

Notice had been published on 11-03-2014 according to directions of the court of such schools which, in the special drive for attendance register verification ( पटपडततळणण), were found not to have been complying with requirements of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. In the schedule thereto, name of petitioner's school figures in. Petitioner has not been able to make out as to why said public notice would be offending.

In view of the same, petition is not being entertained and is disposed of.

Civil application is disposed of.
