The learned AGP submits that the concerned Tahasildar is present in the Court. He tenders a compilation of documents (six pages) and submits that these documents would clearly indicate that the property has been subjected to auction and an amount of Rs.1.20 crore is already received. The said

The learned AGP submits, on instructions from the Tahasildar, Sillod, present in the Court, that the amounts to be disbursed to these applicants is around Rs.1.05 crore and such disbursement would be done within 15 days.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are disposed off and the Tahasildar, Sillod would disburse the amounts to the applicants as per their quantified shares, on or before 30.06.2022.
