Learned counsel for the respondent wife submits that in the year 2015, the respondent wife had approached the Family Court, Nanded for enhancement in the maintenance amount and accordingly, by judgment and order dated 4.7.2016, the learned Judge of the Family court, in E Petition No. 63 of 2015, enhanced the maintenance amount from Rs.700/- to Rs.2000/-. Learned counsel submits that even the respondent wife has also filed execution proceeding bearing ER No. 71 of 2016 and the same is pending.

In view of this, the cause for filing present criminal writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is thus disposed of as infructuous. Rule discharged.
