This petition pertains to the service benefits. The respondent sole died during pendency of this petition. The petitioners have not taken any steps to bring legal representatives on record. However, legal representative of the respondent sole has filed the present application for substituting her in place of deceased respondent sole.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions submits that the respondents have no objection if the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses.
