The grievance of the petitioners is the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission has been implemented by respondent No. 4 Federation from the year 2011 onwards, although, by Government Resolution dated 03.10.2018 the State Government has directed that the Officers and employees of the Federation would be entitled to the notional benefit of 6th Pay Commission during the period of 01.01.2006 to 08.12.2011. It is the grievance of the petitioners that despite Government Resolution dated 03.10.2018 was issued, the same has not been implemented by respondent No. 4 Federation. The petitioners have accordingly made representation dated 4.01.2019. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners

912wp6719.19 submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if respondent No. 4 is directed to decide the representation dated 04.01.2019. 3.

We accordingly dispose of the petition by directing respondent No. 4 Federation to decide the representation dated 04.01.2019 within a period of eight weeks from today and the decision to be communicated to the petitioners. 4.

We make it clear that we are not expressing any opinion on merits of the petition and all points are left open. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
