FINAL ORDER :- 1.

On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition as respective petitioners' proposals dated

WP/4743/2017 03.12.2015, 01.12.2016, 09.02.2017 for the purpose of establishment of school to be run by private management on self finance basis as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Self Finance Schools (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2012 are pending with respondent No.1 for approval. We see no reason to keep such proposals pending for such a long time, specifically, when the applications are for academic year 2017-18, which is commencing from 15.06.2017. Respondent No.1 to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within 2 weeks, in view of the urgency so expressed, if not decided. All points are kept open. All petitions are disposed of accordingly. 2.

Parties to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.

Parties to take immediate steps accordingly. No costs.
