Leave to add one more proceeding between the parties for seeking transfer of the same. Addition be carried out forthwith.

The learned Counsel for respondents candidly state before the Court that, they are consenting for transfer of Regular Civil Suit No. 17 of 2020 pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad and also the Domestic Violence Application No. 58 of 2020 from the Court of Judicial 1/3
Magistrate (First Class) at Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad alongwith the Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.391 of 2022 arising out of the same Domestic Violence Application No.58 of 2020 pending in the same Court to the concerned Court at Aurangabad.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed and following order is passed :
ORDER
(i) The application is hereby allowed.
(ii) Regular Civil Suit No. 17 of 2020 pending in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad is transferred to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Aurangabad for disposal according to law.
(iii) Further the Domestic Violence Application No. 58 of 2020 and Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 391 of 2022 are also transferred from the Court of concerned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class at Vaijapur, Dist. Aurangabad to the Family 2/3
Court, Aurangabad for its simultaneous disposal alongwith the petition No. A-217 of 2019 filed by the applicant - wife pending therein, according to law.
(iv) The respondents are directed to appear before the concerned Court at Aurangabad on or before 10th July, 2023.
(v) The application is disposed of accordingly.
