WADANE, JJ (Date : 30th March, 2017.) PER COURT :- It is recorded in paragraph No.7 of the affidavit in reply presented on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 as noted below:- "7.

I say and submit that, after considering the provisions of section 24 to 30 of Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, the award will be passed in the above case. As per the provisions made in Section 26(1)(A) of the said Act, for making valuation, information of Index-2 is called from Sub Registrar, Paranda. After receipt of necessary News Papers and information of Index-2 for making valuation and after considering the provisions made in the Act i.e. Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition,

{2} wp 4461.16.odt Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, the draft of award will be submitted before the Hon'ble Collector, Osmanabad. After receipt of approval of draft from the Collector, Osmanabad, the Award will be passed and thereafter, the budget will be called through the Land Acquisition Authority.

For completing the above procedure, the period near about (06) months is expected. "

In view of assurance recorded in the affidavit in reply, grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. The statement made in para No.7 is accepted. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
