Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits, that after the order was passed in the year 2010, the parties have amicably arrived at a compromise and have executed Compromise Deed on 12th July, 2014. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to place the compromise deed before the Family Court at Aurangabad.

The learned Family Court shall consider the merits of the matter in view of the compromise pursis filed between the parties.
