The petitioners are challenging the common judgment and order of respondent No.2/scrutiny committee, dated 07/03/2025, refusing to validate their 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificates. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of both the respondents.

At the joint request, we are disposing this petition at this stage for the reasons recorded hereinafter :-

4730.25wp (2) The impugned judgment is a common judgment not only in the matter of these three petitioners but also in the matter of one Maroti Balaji Mupade. Maroti has already subjected the selfsame judgment to the scrutiny by this Court in Writ Petition No.3612/2025. For the reasons recorded by this Court on 18/03/2025, the impugned judgment and order was quashed and set aside to the extent of Maroti. Since it is a matter of scrutiny of the same judgment and order, no separate reasons are required and can be assigned. 4.

In view of the selfsame reasons as have been recorded in the matter of Maroti Balaji Mupade, the writ petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside even to the extent of the petitioners. The committee shall immediately issue certificates of validity to each of the petitioners of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe, which shall be subject to the final outcome of the matters of the validity holders which the committee has decided to reopen.
