Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicant seeks bail in Crime No.348 of 2021, registered with Shivajinagar Police Station, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Section 392, 395 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. Initially, provisions of MCOC Act was applied against the applicant in another case. But, subsequently it was deleted from the charge sheet. So, applicant has no charge of MCOC Act. Its a case of chain snatching. The snatched chain has been recovered from the co-accused, who has been granted bail. Considering the role attributed to the applicant, it would

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant SHARIF SHAH SAMSHER SHAH be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount on the following conditions :

(a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the trial on each and every date.

(c) He shall not involve in the similar crime.
