1] This civil application is pending since 2005 interalia praying for payment of arrears of salary and for future payment of salary.

2] We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3] A perusal of the reliefs sought in the civil application indicates that the reliefs are of final nature, which cannot be granted in a civil application.

CA 8153/05 in WP 5659/04 - 2 - The civil application is accordingly dismissed. 4] Place Writ Petition No.5659/2004 itself on Board for final hearing on 27.9.2017.

5] It is made clear that the reliefs claimed in the writ petition would be considered on its own merits. It is also made clear that all the documents referred to and relied upon by the parties in the present civil application can be referred and relied upon in the writ petition.
