Heard both the sides. The petition is filed to challenge the Government Gazette dated 2nd August, 2010 declaring the disputed area as industrial area. The submissions made show that the land belongings to the Government. It is the contention of the Petitioners that they have been in possession of that land since 1965 and so they are entitled to get the compensation. The learned counsel for Petitioners submits that representation is already made, but decision is not taken on the representation. The submissions made do not show that they were given the land by anybody for cultivation. In any case, if there is representation, the decision on the representation needs to be
