Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is successive bail application seeking bail in Crime No. 191 of 2018 registered with Kinvat Police Station, District-Nanded for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120-B, 201, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that investigating

ba-626.24 officer remained to be examined and since last two dates, he has not been examined. Applicant is behind bars since 24th August 2018.

Learned Additional Sessions Judge of the trial Court, Nanded is directed to record the evidence of the investigating officer on next date fixed for his evidence and dispose of the matter at the earliest, possibly within three months from today. 5.
