Heard the learned counsels for both sides.

Submissions made by the learned counsel show that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 2011 and employer has asked him to produce the validity certificate. Show cause notice is issued by the school against him. In view of this submission, direction is given to the respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the claim of the petitioner within six months from today. 3.

Till then no action is to be taken against the petitioner by the employer, but immediately after the decision of

WP No. 4008/2014 the Caste Scrutiny Committee, it will be open to the employer to take action. Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.
