1. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4

2. Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith.

3. By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks an order of direction against respondent no.2 to include name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali and to release salary of the petitioner within a period of four weeks. 4.

Approval is already granted to the appointment of the petitioner by the Education Officer. Proposal is submitted to the Deputy Director of Education for inclusion of name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali for the purpose of releasing salary grant of the petitioner. The said proposal is pending with respondent No.2 for quite some time. We direct the respondent No.2 to consider the said proposal within period of four weeks from today without fail and pass

appropriate order. The order that will be passed by the Deputy Director of Education shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week form the date of passing the order.

If the name of the petitioner is included in the Shalarth Pranali, then arrears of salary be re released to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

Writ petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.

Rule is made absolute accordingly.
