For the reasons set out in the application and since the delay is only of 22 days, the civil application is allowed without imposing costs.

If all the office objections are removed on or before 12/01/2018, the order of the learned Registrar dated 06/03/2017 shall stand recalled and the writ petition shall stand restored. 3.

Failure to comply with the above directions will result in the restoration of the order of the Registrar w.e.f. 15/01/2018 and the petition shall stand dismissed.
