This is an application for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company in this Court. 2.

Heard the Advocates for both the sides. Perused the earlier order passed by this Court dated 23.04.2025, wherein it was observed that the application for withdrawal of amount shall be considered at the time of admission of appeal. However, considering the fact situation of the case, it would be proper to partly allow the application with permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. Hence, following order:

Civil Application is partly allowed.

b.

Applicant no.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
