Heard Mr.Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned AGP raised preliminary objection that petitioner has remedy of appeal under Rule 14(g) of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Service (Discipline and Appeal)Rules, 1964.

In the light of that, though learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvas submissions on merits, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition is disposed with liberty to avail alternate remedy. Time spent in prosecuting the present writ petition be considered by the authority where appeal would be filed.
