Learned counsel for the applicants submits that notices of present civil applications as well as notice of civil application for interim relief have been issued to respondents through R.P.A.D., however, acknowledgments have not been received back. Under the circumstances, civil application no. 4640 of 2017 has been moved for allowing the respondents to be served by R.P.A.D., and, civil application no. 5600 of 2017 has been moved for service on respondents through court process, and, as well as by paper publication.

Thus far, none has appeared in the matter on behalf of the respondents.

In the circumstances, both civil applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B), respectively, and, are disposed of.
