Admittedly, the application for stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Jalna, in M.A.C.P. No. 52 of 2006 dated 17-03-2008 is pending since the year 2008. Considering the nature of subject matter and efflux of colossal period after filing the appeal, there is no propriety to pass any sort of order in the application. Accordingly, application stands disposed of for want of prosecution. No order as to the costs.
