Heard. Pursuant to filing of this petition, enquiry has been conducted by the Collector and a report is placed on record. Learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 submits that such enquiry has been conducted behind back of respondent No.4 and without hearing him. Since the purpose of filing of this petition is served, further adjudication of this petition is unwarranted. In-case, respondent No.4 is aggrieved by the enquiry and the enquiry report, he may resort to appropriate remedy as available in law.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

We have not expressed any opinion on the merits about the enquiry report.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions makes statement that out of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) deposited in the Registry, the petitioner is ready to give Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad. The Registry shall divert the amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the High Court Bar Association Library, Aurangabad and refund the remaining amount to the petitioner.
