PER COURT:

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that registration of appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections within stipulated period. She undertakes to remove the office objections within two weeks after restoration of the appeal at its original stage. Admittedly, the appeal came to be filed under section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act. In view of nature of subject matter the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The delay caused in filing the present application is hereby condoned. The impugned order of refusal of registration is hereby quashed and set aside. Appeal be restored at its original stage. Office to take requisite steps for further process. After restoration of appeal, the applicant shall remove office objections within two weeks, failure to which the present order passed by this court shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the court. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
