Shirur Kasar, Dist. Beed. Admittedly, name of the delegate was communicated on 10.4.2015, which date falls after last date prescribed for tendering the nomination papers. In view of Rule 10 (2) of the Election Rules, the name of the delegate can be accepted if tendered before 5 days from the last date prescribed for making nomination under the election programme.
