No. 28 of 2015, (Vaishnavi & other vs. Namdeo & others ), the petitioner claims to have preferred representations dated 24.3.2023 and 27.3.2023, seeking relief of issuance of injunction against the respondents, from executing the sale deed/registry and also carrying out the mutation entries. 2.

As far as the aforesaid claim of the petitioner is concerned, fact remains that the aforesaid suit was disposed of as withdrawn. There are no mandatory directions in favour of the petitioner or against the respondents, so as to substantiate the claim made by the petitioner in the present petition. In view thereof, we do not propose to go into the merits

Petition is accordingly disposed of. However, petitioners are at liberty to canvass all his contentions in case mutation entry is to be effected against the petitioner.
