The grievance is that the petitioner's land admeasuring 7 Are is acquired. He is paid compensation for only 1 Are land. According to the respondent, there was a mistake and wrongly the compensation for remaining area was paid to another person. The same would be recovered and paid to the petitioner. 2.

Learned A.G.P., on oral instructions, states that 22 Lacs has been paid to the petitioner and only 2,50,000/- only

2 wp 6086.17 remained to be paid in respect of the entire area acquired from the petitioner. The amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- remained would be paid within three months.

In case the petitioner wants enhancement of compensation the petitioner has to approach the competent authority under the statute.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
