Mr. Sudhir Chavan, learned counsel for the petitioners in respective petitions, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions with liberty to challenge the order of issue process before the Sessions Court according to the provisions of law. Mr. Abhijit Choudhari, learned counsel for respondent No.2 in respective petitions and Mr. Sanap, learned APP for the State in all the petitions have no objection.

The criminal writ petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the respective petitioners to file appropriate criminal revision

applications before the concerned Sessions Court as permissible under the law.

The learned Sessions Judge may consider the time, which the petitioners have spent in prosecuting these criminal writ petitions and accordingly pass appropriate orders.
