Heard learned Counsel for applicant. The learned Counsel for contesting respondent - Insurance Company despite appearance remained absent.

The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the balance amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Insurance Company alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out that, the Insurance Company has withdrawn the appeal under order dated 9th June, 2021 and the applicant had already Pooja K.

919-CA-7016-2023 withdrawn 50% of the compensation amount earlier. Since the appeal is withdrawn by the Insurance Company the balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date is allowed to be withdrawn by the present applicant.
