We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for the respondent.

The petitioners had initially filed an application for issuance of tribe certificates. The same was rejected. Against the same the petitioners had preferred an appeal. The same was dismissed by the committee. The petitioners filed writ petition before this Court. This court in Writ Petition No. 3245 of 2018 under order dated 02.07.2019 remitted the matter back to the Sub Divisional Officer by setting aside

2 980-wp 7919-2021.odt the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer and the committee to reconsider the relevant record. The petitioners filed application for issuance of tribe certificates. Subsequently, the Sub Divisional Officer on 16.03.2021 rejected the application. The petitioners have remedy of appeal against the said order as contended by the learned A.G.P. 3.

As the petitioners have remedy of appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail remedy of appeal. Needless to state that, the appellate authority shall consider the judgments passed by this Court and the documents placed by the petitioners.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
