Mr. Suryawanshi, the learned counsel submits that again on 14.07.2017 the approval to the appointment of the petitioner is rejected basically on the same ground on which it was set aside. 2.

Mr. More, the learned counsel submits that, respondent No. 3 agrees that mistake was committed and now corrected order is issued on 08.11.2017 granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner. The copy of said order is taken on record.

In view of above, contempt stands purged. The contempt petition is disposed of.
