The petitioner seeks review of the order dated 04.03.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.7416 of 2018.

Mr. Sangeet, the learned Counsel submits that this Court had called for information about the vacancy and the respondent submitted that the vacancy is not available, however, the vacancy in the primary section was not considered.

The respondent in the Writ Petition was Sacred Heart Convent High School. The primary school was not party in the Writ Petition nor the society was party in the Writ Petition. In view of that orders could not have been passed with regard to the primary section.

The petitioner certainly may have right to take steps in accordance with law, with regard to the primary section and also raise his claim with regard to the Government Resolution dated 10.06.2005. 5.
