The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition. The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.7 has objected the request so made by the Petitioner. In view of the fact that the Petitioner is unconditionally withdrawing the petition, though Respondent No.7 has objected for allowing the Petitioner to withdraw the petition stating that he has abused the process of Court, I deem it appropriate to allow the Petitioner to withdraw the petition. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
