In this writ petition, petitioners have questioned legality and validity of order of appointment of Court Commissioner for measurement of lands.

Learned Counsel for petitioners, however, on instructions, submits that in pursuance of impugned order, the Court Commissioner has measured the lands on 26th April, 2018 and has submitted the report accordingly.

In the circumstances, the writ petition has been rendered inefficacious and the same stands disposed of. ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH ) JUDGE.
