PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Perused the material on record. The Industrial Court has turned down the claim of the petitioners. The representation filed by the petitioners is also turned down. Therefore, in our opinion, no case is made out for granting any relief. Nothing has been brought on record by the petitioners to show that they were in employment of the respondents at any point of time. On the contrary, it seems to be the consistent stand taken by the respondents that the petitioners were never their employees but were working on contract basis. As such, the petitioners do not have any vested right to claim any relief against the respondents. Thus, no case is made out by the petitioners. However, we make it clear that in case the representation of the petitioners is not yet decided, same be decided as expeditiously as possible. The petition stands dismissed.
