Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks restoration of the Writ Petition which was dismissed on 24.03.2025, as none was present on behalf of the Petitioner although the Petition had been circulated.

It is stated that the Petition was called out for hearing on 24.03.2025 at about 5.45 p.m., and the learned counsel for the

(( 2 )) 924-CA-4524-2025 Petitioner made attempts to join the proceedings virtually, but did not succeed due to network issue and connectivity problems. 4.

Considering the reasons stated in the Application, we are inclined to allow the Civil Application.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored to file.

List the Writ Petition on 07.08.2025.
