We have heard the learned Advocates for the respective parties.

The Petitioner relies upon clause 1.10 of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021. He has already applied requesting for transfer to the Panchayat Extension of Scheduled Area (PESA). He is already out of PESA for ten years and is at the present location since the last five years. His contention is that he should always be kept in the PESA region.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Zilla Parishad submits that during the general transfer period, the request application of the Petitioner would be considered and depending upon the availability of vacancies, his request would be looked into.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
