2] Mr. Palodkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that pursuant to the draw held on 23.1.2015, the petitioners herein were selected. The petitioners have also deposited the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) by way of Demand Draft for the purpose of Field verification, however, subsequently the same is cancelled vide subsequent letters.

3] Mrs. Dube, learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation submits that instructions are received to the Respondents, wherein the outcome of the draw and lot whatever has happened will be considered as settled and wherever, the draws have been held and the candidates selected as per the said draw further process will continue with regard to the said selected candidates and no fresh draw will be drawn as per the impugned communications.

{2} 902 sr. no..odt 4] In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent that in cases where the candidates are selected by draw, no fresh draw would be issued and further process with regard to Field verification and other aspects will be continued in respect of the said selected candidates, the impugned communication stands set aside. The communication received by Mrs. Dube, learned counsel for the Respondents is placed on record. The same is marked "X" for identification. 5] The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
