The petitioner is seeking caste certificate in proper format. The caste certificate only issued to the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners shall surrender the original caste certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer. On receipt of the original caste certificate from the petitioners, the Sub Divisional Officer shall verify the same and after having satisfied that the same are issued by the office, issue corrected tribe certificate as sought by the petitioners, preferably within eight (08) weeks from date of surrender of the original tribe certificate earlier issued. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
