Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for respondents.

Learned Government Pleader points out that having regard to Section 3(4) of the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976, petitioners have alternate remedy.

Learned counsel for petitioners, however, purports to

wpst10896.20 contend that physical filing of the appeal is not possible and no matter is being heard before the appropriate authority. 4.

Learned Government Pleader states that on-line submission of appeal is allowed and date for hearing can be granted to the petitioners.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition, leaving it open for the petitioners to prosecute alternate remedy as is stated to be available. 6.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the proper forum.

7.

Interim relief as operating to continue for a period of three weeks.
