Perused the findings recorded by the trial Court. Prima facie those appear to be in consonance with the evidence on record, in as much as role attributed to the husband is consistent. In that view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of bail. We do not wish to elaborate on merits since the appeal is pending. The application stands rejected.

Registry of this Court is directed to send back the original record and proceedings to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar. The Registry of concerned Court is directed to prepare the paper book and send it back alongwith original record and proceedings to the Registry of this Court, as expeditiously as possible, however, in any case within three months from today.
