The learned counsel for Acquiring Body has placed on record order dated 12.10.2023 passed in identical matter in Civil Application No. 1380/2023 in First Appeal St. No. 3624/2023 along with other connected matters, arising out of the same acquisition and requests that same order may be passed in present matters.

In the present Civil applications filed for condonation of delay, there is delay of more than 1000 days caused in filing appeals. For the reasons
CA 4472/23 stated in the applications, particularly, the administrative reasons, delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Delay applications are allowed and disposed of.

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the entire amount as directed by the Reference Court has been deposited except the interest component. In view of the above submission, the ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed. Stay applications are also disposed of. 6.
Appeals are admitted.
