The learned counsel for parties, on instructions, submit that the parties are ready to maintain the status-quo as on today in respect of the suit property till the disposal of the suit and the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the hearing of the suit in the time bound manner.

In view of the above submissions, the parties are hereby directed to maintain the status-quo as on today till the disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.39 of 2014 pending before the Civil Judge Junior Division, Sindkheda. The Trial Court shall dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine months from today.

9 WP.10908.17.odt Needless to say that the order passed by the learned District Judge granting temporary injunction in favour of the Respondent / Plaintiff stands substituted by the order of status-quo as aforesaid. All the points are kept open. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
