DATE : 25th September, 2017 ORAL ORDER:

The respondent - husband undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.4,000/- in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Osmanabad, where the proceedings bearing Hindu Marriage Petition No.105 of 2016 is pending, of which transfer is sought to the Court at Beed. Of this amount of Rs.4,000/-, the applicant - wife be paid Rs.2,000/- on each date when she attends the proceedings.

The respondent undertakes to continue to deposit Rs.2,000/- on each date thereafter till disposal of proceedings.

Of the amount deposited by the respondent - husband, If any amount remains balance, the same be paid to the applicant - wife, to be adjusted towards amount of maintenance, if any. 4.

In view of aforesaid observations and directions, Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of.
