Civil application has been moved seeking amendment to writ petition in view of subsequent developments. 2.

Learned advocate for applicant / petitioner contends that despite order dated 9th July, 2020 in writ petition No. 4836 of 2020 and while the matter is to come up before this court on 23rd July, 2020, Tahsildar - respondent No. 4 is trying to preempt the purpose underlying the writ petition, by passing order dated

In view of the same, learned advocate urges for interim relief staying operation of communication dated 13th July, 2020 of respondent No. 4 - Tahsildar, purporting to disburse quota of petitioner to others.
